Microsoft Project Complete 3-day
workshop, $380
Students
will learn how to use Microsoft Project for Windows XP to assist them with
project planning. Project management is a complex field that can involve subjective
decision-making. There is not one way to teach project management, and this
course is not designed to teach all techniques or to cover every aspect of
project management. Rather, it sets up situations and examples that will best
showcase the features and functionality of the MS Project software. Students
attending this course should be familiar with the basics of the Windows XP
operating system.
In addition, students should have
some project management experience and be familiar with terms such as Gantt
Chart, Network Chart, task, critical path, and resource but, no knowledge of
Microsoft Project for Windows is required. The student may acquire these
Windows skills by taking the Introduction to Computers course, or have
equivalent knowledge.
