The VTRC is a two-story, 12,635 sq. ft. building located 5-minutes from downtown Juneau and 10-minutes from the airport.  Parking available front, back and side of the building.

There are three (3) different are rooms for rent on a daily basis with catering available on-site:

• Hít S’aatí (House Master):  multi-purpose auditorium w/mechanical dividing wall for two rooms
• Naashuháni (Head of Clan):  incubator room
• Naa Tláa (Clan Mother):  computer lab

All rooms are equipped with the following:

• cable-ready internet access floor plugs
• large dry-erase boards
• automatic projector screens

• P.A. system (auditorium only)

Rooms can be set up to fit your meeting needs; just comlete a room set-up template and submit this along with your agreement.

Guaranteed Rental

Rental payment must be made in full at the time of reservation with cash, check, MasterCard or Visa, purchase order, or authorized billing signature of your group or organization to guarantee room availability.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

A cancellation fee will be assessed if your organization or group needs to cancel. A $100 charge for Full Auditorium & Computer Lab and $35 for all other rooms. You may reschedule your event at an agreed upon price and date by issuing a new rental agreement. In the event the VTRC needs to cancel, all room rental fees will be refunded.
